Labels don't print according to entered specs

Hi,

I'm trying to print labels in Word2002, using a custom
label. I have entered all properties correctly, as
provided by the manufacturer of the labels.
When I print them, the page setup doesn't fit the actual
label sheet. It's too far to the bottom and too far to
the right. It's as if Word is still using other
specifications than the ones I entered. The labels are
correctly formatted, it's just the printed page which
does not match the label sheet.

Any ideas?

Greetz

Is this an HP printer? If it is, update the driver from
