Hi,

I have created both the envelope document and the source
data file (an .xls file).  I can merge the data and it
works beautifully.  There are 728 records in the source
document - and I have the need to be able to filter out a
single record - and print an address on an envelope.
Can't figure out how to do it.  Would appreciate any help.

Thanks,

Jim Jozwiak

You don't say what program you are using but go to:

http://www.btinternet.com/~kevin.james1/Ralph.htm.

There you will find some procedures to download that will
tell you how to select just one record from a database and
print an address and envelope with either Word or Works
wordprocessors.
