I am having trouble with merging some zip codes into word
(XP) from an excel file. If its a zip code with 5
numbers, its fine. If its a zip code with a dash or zero
in front if it, it merges into word as a 0. The weird
thing is that I have been able to format the Zip Code
column in excel as text, and the worked the first time.
But it doesn't work any more. Yet for some reason, I can
set up a trial worksheet and numbers with front 0s and
dashed merge fine. How can I get it to where the zip
codes will merge no matter how many numbers or if it has
dashes.
