I am merging information from an access database. The
merged access field is a Yes/no field. When it merges
into the mail document it is displayed as false or true.
I need it to be yes no. How do I correct this?

Respectfully,

Use a query in Word to create a field that will contain either Yes or No as
the case maybe, then use the query as the datasource.

Can also be done using an If...then...Else field in the mailmerge main
document.
