When I merge my information from an Excel data source to
a Word document (invoice) the 'Numbers' do not have
decimal points or dollar signs.  (sometimes they do and
sometimes they don't) unfortunately... I cannot see the
difference when they do... so I don't know what to do to
correct this.

I am not prepared to manually edit over 100 invoices!

thanks for your help..now!
