I'm trying to mail merge emails via Outlook 2002. I want to include a URL link that is specified within the contact record of the Outlook address book. Everything works fine until the merge occurs and although the URL is imported into the email, it is not a clickable link just a text value. Any ideas on how I can do this so that the resultant email contains a clickable link? Many thanks Andrew Hi Andrew, In the original release of Word 2002, hyperlinks were not retained in the HTML Email mailmerge result. This problem was fixed in SP2, which can be downloaded from microsoft.com. Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested. Be sure to mention whether you're choosing HTML or plain text format for the merge result.
