How can I print more than data record per page of paper,
regardless of size, i.e. I have a merge letter that takes
up about 1/4 of a page and I'd like to print at least 3
per page on letter or 5-6 on legal. I can't seem to get
past getting the printer to control this function; and
that's inadequate.

Use a Label type mail merge.
