MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / March 2004Merging from Access RTF to Word - missing records
I've been trying to merge a RTF Access file in to Word to create a directory and it keeps skipping every 10th record... any suggestions? It would be better to use the raw data from Access  SignaturePlease post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested. Word doesn't care about the data format - you can apply formatting to ensure that it appears in the Word document as you require - see http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm; however this doesn't help much with the missing records. What kind of merge is this. I suspect you have an unwanted NEXT field in there somewhere e.g in the first cell of a label merge.
