Once I have the merge fields selected in a label, how can
I add or delete a merge field without having to do it on
every label?

Thanks-
Sarah

You can't, but Word 2002/3 will allow you to propogate any changes at the
click of a button. With earlier versions, make the change in the *second*
label, copy the label to the clipboard, Select all the cells and paste to
fill all the cells in one operation with the clipboard content, then remove
the {NEXT} field from the first label.
