I recently created a new Access 2002 Database and tried to
merge the data into a Word Document.  When I click on
Edit Recipient List, it opens the list, but the Edit...
button is disabled.  When I use my old Access 2000
Database,it is active.  Is there something in the
database that is causing this?

Hi Lynn,

I replied to your first, earlier posting, in this group.
Note that I can hardly imagine the "Edit" button in Word
2002 works with an ACCESS 2000 database - I don't think
that's possible.

But Word 2000 created Word TABLES as data sources, not
Access databases. Are you sure this isn't a Word table?
