I'm sending out letters and merging addresses. The
problem I am having is there is no "." period after the
Mr. in the address line and its not in the greeting Dear
Mr. Jones:

I have tried everything and it doesn't print
the "period"  Any ideas how I can get that to work?

It doesn't work in the envelope form either.

thank you
Marilene

Hi Marilene,

You can only do this in a mailmerge if the 'Mr' and 'Jones' are separate
fields. This would allow you to choose where & when to add the period.

Cheers
