Using TOOLS to Print an Envelope

Never had this problem before. For some reason, even though everything is set up properly (envelope #10, font size, style, etc.) my printer inserts 3" to the left of the address info and return address info on every envelope that it prints (moves the printed info 3" to the right of where it should be on the envelope)

I have experimented changing the envelope size and a few other things but nothing works. I have always been able to highlight the address in a letter and go to TOOLS and print the envelope. But not now! What gives? Does something get changed in global

Thanks for your help.

There's a size 10 envelope template downloadable from the downloads page of
my web site. See how this one prints. If it is OK, copy the envelope
paragraph styles from it to your normal.dot template using the organizer.
