I am trying to create a field so that when I type text in
that field, it is also display elsewhere in the document.
For example, how can I type the date of the document once
and have it displayed in the footer of succeeding pages?
Or create a title field, type the title in once, and have
the title displayed on subsequent pages in the document.
I know how to use headers and footers, that's not the
solution I'm looking for. Say for example I create a
multipage document that has a part number. How can i
create a part number field, and then have dependent part
number fields in the rest of the document that will read
the primary field and display the entered part number?
