MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / March 2004Create a table using catalog type
I want to create a table of 2 columns using mail merge with a catalog type. In the main document, I have a table with 2 col. and 1 row. In each cell, there is a merge field. However, after the merge, word insert a new line between each row (see result below). How can I get rid of that and made the table contiguous? ---------------------------------------------------- Hartford Midcap | IB Shares of Hartford Midcap Fund | ---------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------- Hartford Growth | IA Shares of Hartford Growth Fund | ---------------------------------------------------- In the mailmerge main document, remove the second carriage return ? after the table.
