Hello,

I'm creating a directory which has four records down and
two across on each page.  I would like for it to read
down then start at the top of the next column. It will
also be multiple pages. I've tried moving around
the "Next Record" Word field, but to no avail. The top
right record is always the same as the first record. Any
suggestions?

Thanks,

Karen

Create a directory merge. Set the page layout as two columns. Put your
required information at the top of the first column (ONCE) and merge to a
new document. No NEXT fields involved.

You're a lifesaver!  I now "owe" the newsgroup.  Since my
forte is Excel, I'll go and answer an Excel question.
Thanks so much.-

Karen
