I'd start by reading up in the HELP text on mail merge LABELS for the
*version of Word involved* (since you don't mention it, it's not
possible for us to give you any other kind of answer). Then try it out -
the customer will be paying you after all, not us :-)
Note, however, that there's no way the Word-Excel connection is going to
do 30,000 in one "batch". It will need to be broken down; how many will
depend on the individual configuration; probably less than 10,000 in a
"batch".

Couldn't say, without knowing what the postal specs are. You don't even
tell us which country you're in. (Yes, these groups are international!)

Sorry for the lack of info...I am on a Mac with OSX running Word X for
Mac. I am in the US. I looked in the help section, but don't see much
detail on how to do this. I understand that you aren't the one getting
paid to do the work, therefore I should figure it out on my own...that is
why I am researching this online.
As far as postal specs...I mean sorting by Zip Code, or demographic
content.
