MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / March 2004Mailmerging with Text Boxes
Hi, I'm trying to create a mailmerge with labels and and excel sheet as data source. I'm using text boxes to position my text at the right position, but when I view the result, Word uses the same record for all labels in one page. So instead of four record on one page, I get the same record in all four labels on one page. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? I really need to create this document today :-( Thanks Do you have <<Next Record>> fields before the first mergefield in all but the first label?
