Mail Merge not showing all pages of lables

I have created a labels mail merge (data source is from
an excel file).  Once the data is merged my doc only
shows one page of labels.

All pages print but I can only view the first page and
the documents shows pg 1/1 as if there is only one page
but there are more.  How do I view and access those pages?

To view other pages of the merge first go to view,
toolbars, and select mail merge.  This toolbar will allow
you to view the different pages of your data simply click
on the red arrows to navigate forward and backward
through the different pages of your information.

You have not completed the merge. Merge to a new document or the printer.
