MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / March 2004Mail Merge option not showing on menu
I have word 2000 installed and there is no mail merge option showing up on the tools menu. What am I missing? From the Tools menu, select Customize and go to the Commands tab and select the Tools Category and locate the Mail Merge Helper command. Then expand the Tools menu and click and drag the command onto the menu.  SignaturePlease post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested.
