Try putting your macro in the template that is the attached template of your
Master.doc. That should be the attached template for your merge result doc
as well.

I put the macro "FormatTable" into the template "Bao.dot" and attach it to the Master.doc (the main document). I also removed all the macros off Master.doc to avoid confusion. After the mailmerge, when I tried to run the macro in the new document' a strange thing happened: in the macros dialog box, the RUN button got gray out when the Macros in dropdown says "All active templates and documents". I had to change the dropdown to point to "Bao.dot" in order to run the macro "FormatTable"
