Hi all
I hope someone can answer this Merge Quesyion.
I have the Merge Document with all needed fields getting
data from
my Access 2000 database. I enter data into database and
then print my documents.

My problem is that when I enter new data in and try to
merge and print
I get all data previously entered trying to reprint along
with my new data
just entered. I can put a new field in my database for
marking "AsPrinted=true"
but how do I get Word not to print documents already
printed.

I hope I ask this in the right way...

Please help!

Click on the Query Options button and then use the Filter tab to set up a
filter to filter out the records that you have already merged, or create a
query in Access that will select only those records for which
AsPrinted=False and use that query as the data source.
