i get only one page of addresses when i mail merge from outlook

when i mail merge my contact folder to do labels i get only one page. All of the info is there but i have to advance one name at a time to get to the next contact. does anyone know what i am doing wrong? can i have more than one page

then they will all appear and then you can print later.
but it only shows you the first page when you preview.

You are not completing the merge. Merge to a new document or the printer.
