I am trying to have my recipients list open up in alpha order with out
having to sort them each time I uese it. Also trying to havet he list open
up with no recipients selected. Every time I open my list i have to unselect
all and sort in alapha by lat name. It's a pain to have to do each time.
Sure it only takes a second but if the users are having to do this for over
100 letters a day it gets cumbersome.

Hi Rob,

There is no way to preset how the Recipients list displays data.

What are the data sources you use for these data lists? Are they coming in
from some other application, or were they created in Word 2002?
