We would like to hide the zero values in a mail merge
from a work book with two excel sheets linked into word
2002 to create shipping labels with customers name,
quantity ordered and item name....problem that is
happening is that zeros are coming through for items not
ordered
Doug Robbins - Word MVP - DELETE UPPERCASE CHARACTERS FROM EMAIL ADDRESS - 17 Mar 2004 02:12 GMT
Add the following formatting switch to the mergefield

\# "0;-0;"

inside the closing } after you used Alt+F9 to toggle on the field codes.
