To Whom It May Concern:
I have created several documents programmed with if then
else statements. These programmed documents spread out to
be at least 800 pages and 40 people plus will use these
documents on a daily basis. My company is migrating to XP
form NT. The Mail Merge process is not working. The
connection needed is a DDE connection. I tried to force it
through Macros, but found that it creates a new document
every time. This is not what I need. I need to take the
current documents and mail merge using DDE connection in
XP. Is there any other way to accomplish this besides VB
Macros? If not is there any coding I can use currently for
mergeing with Macros? Is there any back doors all? Help..
