I have a memo field in Access that truncates when I bring
into Word from a mail merge.  Is there any way to get
around this?

Thanks!

I have had this problem too Bill.  I found that if you open your query that
sends the data to word in design view, select 'View' from the main toolbar
and then remove the tick from Totals, you will get the full size of the memo
field exported to the word file.  The only problem is if you actually need
totals somewhere in the query.
