MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / March 2004Mail Merge Errors
Hi, I have a large Excel file (1000 records) that I mail merge into Work. for 3 of the records, it grabs the info from the line above the correct line in the Excel spreadsheet. I have Office XP will all the service packs installed. Any ideas? thanks! Matt Are there any double quote characters in the data around the point the problem is occurring?
