I'm working in a document using the "Page X of XX" field
group in the footer.  Problem is that the page # field is
not updating, and remains at zero.  I've tried all the
things mentioned in the help, and experimented with
several other potential issues.  Seems to be isolated to
this document, since I can start a new one and everything
works fine.

Can anyone offer any advice for resolving this?
