Mail Merge only returning two records

Hello:
When I am creating a mail merge using an ODBC data
source, I only get two records in my merge...

Even if I have all the recipients selected in my "edit
recipient list" option, the mail merge only returns two
labels.  These two labels are the first two records in my
recipient list.

What am I missing?

Thanks for the help!

Are you actually executing the merge either to a new document or the
printer?  Sounds like you may just be previewing the result.

I have tried both displaying and printing.  The results
are the same: no matter how many records are in the merge
I only received two in the final merge.  This seemed to
work fine in Word 97, but not in XP?

Thanks.

Did you "propogate the labels"?

From the View menu, select Toolbars and check the Mailmerge item and with
the label mailmerge document as the activedocument, click on the "Propogate
Labels" button.
