Hi All,

We created a letter template long time ago with a data
source template. they are sort of linked together. So
when you open up the letter template, you can update the
data source template as well and then at the end do the
merge and finish the letter.

However, due to the move of the data source file. Now
evertime, it open the letter template. It still
prompt "if you want to select * from <file path> data
form your datbaase will be placed in the docuemnt, do you
want to continue." if we say yes, they can;t seems to
find the file , since file path is incorrect. And if say
no, then we have to manually find the new data sorce
template and update it.

However I can;t find the location where to update to the
correct data source template?

If everyone know , please let me know.

Many thanks.

Open the template, using File>Open, rather than File>New, reconnect the data
source in its new location and then save and close the template.
