Hi,

As I have posted this question before but have not yet
received the answer. Could you please help me with this
issue? Following question:

I am using word 2002 to print labels using mail
merge. The document is linked to a medical database. when
I use the laser label sheet to print labels. After I have
used the first sheet of labels and want to print more
labels, there will be some removed labels from the paper
label sheet, and I need to skip those number of blank
labeles and start lets say at the fifth label ( this
numer each time varies ).

How can I resolve this issue?

Thank you

Moe E.

Insert four blank entries at the start of the database.

Hi Graham,

Since the number of blanks will vary each time, it has to
be done at run time so the user could specify how many
blank labeles to start with. For instance one time could
be 3 blank labels to be printed next time 7 and so on.
Could you please advice?

Thank you
