I am merging a boolean access data to word and supposed to
have a check box appear. However it only show with 0 or -
1, how can I turn them to check box or radio?
Thanks

Use and If...Then...Else statement to check the value in the field and have
it insert a Windings Characater 254 if the result is true or Windings 168 if
it is false.

Easiest way to set this up is use the If...Then...Else from the Word Fields
pulldown in the mailmerge main document and insert A for the true condition
and B for the false.  Then press Alt + F9 to toggle on the field codes and
replace the A and B with the Wingdings characters.
