Word 2003 - merge to fax

I want to do a merge to fax to send out lots of résumés.
I want each fax to show the correct company name and fax
number. I am using Winfax Pro 10.02.

I have installed the Winfax Pro 10.02 macro for Word
2002. If I complete sending the merge documents to Winfax
Pro, I can see that the faxes are going to the Winfax Pro
printer queue. But, the faxes never show up in Winfax
Pro. Presumably they would show up in the Outbox, but
they never get there.

Does anyone have a solution? Is there some other faxing
software I should be using that is more compatible with
Word 2003? Thanks a lot!

I hoped someone else who has Winfax might be able to help on this one, but I
suspect your best option is to contact Symantec.

Other than that, if you search this newsgroup, e.g. on the groups tab at

you should find some info. about another approach that uses a macro that may
work - but again, not sure how it would work with WinFax.
