The field "ISSUE_DATE" in my mail merge document is
merging in numbers like "37651" instead of a
date "12/1/2003" from my recipient list.  I went in and
looked at my list through the mail merge wizard and my
issue dates are count numbers instead of dates.  I don't
understand what happened.  Because, everything was just
fine the day before.  I have tried the
switch "\@ "MM/dd/yyyy" but, it didn't work.  Please help
me in figuring this frustrating problem out.

What is your data source? How does it format dates?
