I am creating a mail merge document from an Excel worksheet source.
Everything is fine except that currency amounts appear as 76.5 instead of
76.50. How can I correct this?

TIA

Ian

If you do a lookup in the MS Word Help on General
Switches, it gives a pretty good explanation of switches
and specifically numeric switches that can be added
to a merge field to force the decimal places and other
formatting.

Thanks Jackie

I had done an index search on field and switch and came across the "Format"
field switch (\*) which has a subcategory of number formats. Because of this
sub-category, I didn't notice the "Numeric Picture" field switch  (\#)
further down the main list.

Easy when you know how :-)

Any suggestions on how to get the attachments to be included in the sent email.  The merge works, however, email when received does not contain attached file?
