Is it possible to convert a .txt file to labels? If so How?

I run a small painting business. I would like to
supplement my Direct Mail program (mailing house)with my
own small targeted DM program. I purchased Delorme
Street Atlas USA 2004 Plus with Phone Data with this in
mind. The description says I can export files (street
addresses), my intention was to export to Word and then
just print off the labels. Unfortunatley, I can only
export .txt files. My problem is that the files are
large (usually 50-100 addresses)and I do not know if Word
is capable of doing this. If so could someone please
instruct me. If not do you know of another program that
will do it? Thank you in advance for your help, I
appreciate it.

Word can use a variety of data formats - including comma delimited text
files.
Perhaps the easiest plan is to convert text to table (from the table menu)
the add a title row to the table and use the table as a merge data source.
Word will not struggle with merely 100 addresses.
