When I mail merge addresses from excel to my postcards I
designed thru Tools, Letters & Mailings, Envelopes and
Labels, everything looks great. It shows "next record" on
each postcard and it appears that each of the four
postcards on page 1 will have a new address from the mail
merge data.  I can even complete the mail merge, and it
has the right number of records showing at the bottom of
the page, (i.e. 1 of 81 records) however, all 4 postcards
on each page have the same address... and 3 out of 4
addresses are missing!  What is the problem here?  I
don't have problems when I do labels this way...

If you use Alt+F9 to toggle on the field codes, does <<Next Record>> change
to { NEXT }?

Yes, it does change to { NEXT } but when I merge it, they still have the same address on all 4 postcards on one page, and then a new address on the next page, etc

Hi Joan,

If you send me a copy of the mailmerge main document and the Excel
spreadsheet, I will take a look at it.
