MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / April 2004NO 'Mail Merge' Command in <Tools> !
The "Mail Merge" command in the Tools Menu does NOT appear at all! The document is NOT "protected" so that's not it. When I add the "Mail Merge" Button to the Tool Bar, it is "greyed out" ...not a solution! I've run Norton... no viris. HELP!
