I am trying to create a mail merge, and once it is displayed it shows the same information in all of the fields can you please help me so that each line will have different information

Let's start with more detailed information
   - which version of Word do you have
   - what's the data source you're linking into the mail merge
   - what kind of merge are you trying to do: letters, labels, catalog...?
