Hi

I have produced a table for merging data values into a
word document, there are Nine fields which I have used
MERGEFIELD Field Name \# "0.00"}
This works fine for all eight columns except in one
column the field display changes after the second line
and displays the full Figure as shown here.
ie. 33.33444445555

Any help here I would be most appreciated.

Just an up-date.

Retrieving all the data for one complete table on one
page the problem describe in the first posting disappears
on the last three records.
Therefore, I have one field "Avg Amp", which displays the
data in the correct format in the first two records, then
incorrectly for display changes in the next Thirteen
records and finally the displayed data reverting back to
the correct original display for the last three records.
i.e
Field
(Avg Amp)
33.00
34.00
33.577777788888
"
" (Thirteen records)
36.00
37.00
38.00
