I have inserted a conditional if..then..else statement in
a mailmerge document.  How do I format it so that if the
condition is false, nothing prints and I will not get an
blank line on a mailing address?

Thanks

Put it on the previous line and include in the result of the condition the
line feed. eg

{Mergefield Name}{IF {Mergefield Company} <> "" "
{Mergefield Company}"}
