Hi I have a user who has a big Mail merge... and would
like to select certain records from that list to send a
letter to...

How would this be done?

Many Thanks

James,

Within the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box you can
choose select "Clear All" and then place a tick beside
the people you wish to write to.

I hope this helps.

Hi James,

No, it will not. Only Word 2002 and later.

For Word 2000, see my reply to Jane (Subject: labels &
address book groups).
