Hi all

I've got a problem with the printing of fields in Word XP. The document (an official letter) consists of a table with two columns in the upper part. On the left hand side there are some fields that get the address of the recipient from an Access-table. On the right hand side there is the date-field. It looks fine so far when I choose the right data set. But when I start to print it a part of the address is omitted (usually the street and other information between the name and the town). So for example instead o

Kreisverwaltungsreferat HA II/
Landeshauptstadt Münche
Bürgerbür
Postfac
80466 Münche

it print

Kreisverwaltungsreferat HA II/
80466 Münche

Interestingly this only happens when the date-field on the right hand side is included. If I leave it out the whole address is printed. I've got Service Pack 2 for Office XP. Does anybody know how to resolve that issue

Thanks a lot
Matthaeus

If you email me a copy of the mailmerge main document I will have a look at
it.
