Missing 2 decimal Cents - Excel to Word

Hi, I couldn't merge the cents properly into Word (e.g.,
in Excel it looks like $532.40, when it merged into Word
it became 532.4). What can I do to have $532.40 in Word?
Please help anyone? Thanks.

Hi Alicia,

In your mailmerge field add a currency picture switch (ie \# $,0.00) as the
first switch after the field name

Did you get an answer to this question? I'm having the same problem. In addition, the "amount" data appears with added 9's or 0's; and the date format appears with the time and seconds even though it's not set up that way.
