return address

I am trying to print envelopes for wedding invitations.
When I do the mail merge, every thing looks fine, but the
return address only prints on the first envelope. word
2000. thaNKS.

OK, I'll list the steps I'd basically follow; let's see if
they match yours (and if you try mine, whether you get the
result you want):

1. Tools/Mail Merge

2. Set the type to "Envelope"; link up to the data source

3. Having also gone through the envelope setup, I'm now
looking at the Mail Merge Helper dialog box

4. I click "CLOSE" so that I'm looking at the main merge
document (an envelope "page")

5. I now insert the return address where I want to see it

6. I click the toolbar button to merge to a new document (I
don't want to print until I've checked the result)
