Envelope print blank

I tried mailmerge and now when I try to print an envelope using word 2000 or Envelope wizard in office, it prints blank. All other documents print, even labels. What caused this and how do I fix it?

What caused this and how do I fix it?

I'm not certain this is the correct newsgroup. And it's very difficult to envision the
exact situation you're facing (which is probably why no one has ventured an answer,
yet). OK, so you did some kind of mail merge thing, and now the result you get when
you use Tools/Envelopes and Labels/Envelopes is different than what you used to see?

Different in what way? Can you describe what you used to have, and what's not there
now in a bit more detail?
