With previous versions of Word, I have always been able to produce
multiple records on a page of mailing labels. However, in Word 2002 I
can only get the Wizard to give me one label on the merge. I can
navigate to other records in the first label on the screen, but unable
to have each records on its own label.

Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

Thanks much

Have you clicked the "Update All labels" button on Step 4 of the Mailmerge
taskbar? If not, the fields you put in label 1 will only appear in label 1.
