I was wondering if this could be done. I don't have Access
at work and I have set up a mail merge into Word 2002. I
need to be able to save the file as a .txt file to import
it into ACT..
Any help would be appreciated
Paul
I am not sure you have given us enough information to get the full picture.
I take it you want to run a mail merge with some unnamed data source to
produce a comma delimited file that yuou can import into ACT?
Create a directory merge with all the fields on one line separated by
commas, the line ending with a paragraph mark, then merge to a new document.
Save that document as plain text.
