In Word 2002, when I click the 'Mail Merge Recipients'
button on the Mail Merge toolbar or the 'Edit recipients
list...' from the Mail Merge Wizard the following occurs:
1) the outline (or border) of the open MS Word
application starts to blink along with the file name
(blinking orange) in the task bar at the bottom.
2) I then need to click on file name in the task bar at
the bottom, the open file minimizes (& continues to blink
orange), and finally I need to click on it once more &
the file maximizes along with the Mail Merge recipients
dialog box- and all is fine!
Any suggestions on what is happening & how to fix it?
