When you go to print an envelope whilst using Word - why does the company field not appear - ie if i have an address such as Mr. A. Body Microsoft 1234 anywhere street anytown anycounty Name Company address why doesn't the company field appear? how do you make it appear? Select the following block and copy it to the clipboard. Graham I have a similar question. I have Word 2002. If I go to Tools, Letters and Mailings, Envelopes and labels and select Delivery Address (which pulls from Outlook), the address fails to include the Company Name but at the same time includes the Country. It is my understanding that the Country information should only show for countries other than the one setup in Windows regional settings for the PC. They certainly don't show up on my PC for UK addresses (I am based in the UK).
